This is a documentary movie made by Peter Gerdehag, Tell Johansson and Johan Miderberg (check this wonderful guys blog at: www.miderberg.blogspot.com, its in swedish for you foreigners who dares try reading it anyways. It's called: Inspiring Things, Saker som Inspirerar)
The film is magic. The light is like GOD!!
It's about this man who lives in the deepest part of Sweden alone in his familys house. He lives like in the 1800's and the things he does cares about is his horses, thereby the name: The Horseman.
One day a huge storm comes and kills all that he owns and he gets injured and ends up in a hospital. He is taking out of all he feels safe with and in to a whole new society/ world.
A little girl that lives a little far off and who knows about the man that lived all by himself. She decides to save him. This is where the film turns around.
In Sweden this beautiful positive tale (REAL STORY) has been Guldbagge nominated.
