Jamie Baldridge was born in 1975 in a small town in the deep South of America. His images tell stories he has been writing and sketching for years, his inspiration coming from literature. He uses photography, digital technology and collage in his fantastical images. Baldridge received his BFA and MFA in Photography from Louisiana State University. He is currently a professor of photography at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
