Diary 3
I remember That morning after the drunken night before...I was waking up Very early and I was Anxious to say the Least...!!!
It was snowing like crazy, So Romantic....it should have been... to walk through Manhattan and its East Village to the West side of downtown in this snow craze that was happening.
We walked west so that it would be easy for me to take the 2/3 uptown where I lived.Of Course, he being a gentleman as always.
Snowstorm in Manhattan (fairytale seen at a movie almost) and a very cute coffeshop.....and Peter.....this December morning. We had our coffe. He even bought me bread to take home....so why was it just not it? I've asked myself this so many times.
I loved Peter, in my own way. The only possible way for me at the time. It should/could have been perfect.
Only...I was So Lost. I had been for years. And my dear boy had No Clue. I had No Clue.
I had done All I Could to Not Feel Anything for years. You name it, I've done it!!!
All my doing was with my mind....I closed my heart so I did not have the connection I should have had with my heart....remember.... mind to heart and heart to mind... this resulting in me feeling like I was never there...like in a game where I was a player, ONLY to feel like I was the Audience of all. I was watching life pass by from the side. Nothing was/ felt real.
One can argue now that the love was not the right kind. One can too argue that the Time was not the right kind. I am going with the latter....! Or....this was a lesson to learn from and grow. I've done that though....So what?
No, we did not go to the church that Sunday evening. I was too unpredictable.
I Was Wild!

I LOVE....Vanessa Mae!
It was 6am in the morning on a September morning in 1998. I was at a cafe in Brooklyn Heights to study for a couple of hours before school started. I used to do that Monday to Friday and I was usually alone in the whole cafe for about an hour.
There was a cute boy working there and when he was the one who opened up the store, he Always put on music Very Loud!!! which I Adored.
That morning it was:
and then:
I FELL IN LOVE!!! With Madame Mae that is...! Too, she must be the classical music world's most stylish girl!
Then off to school it was, another day but one that started out Passionately.

Diary 2
One of the Peter's on my list in Diary 1, is acutally now one of my Dearest of friends. And he do collaborate with me here on Wonderland once in a while.
He sent me this yesterday from and old diary note he had saved:
"saturday night i call alice up to confirm plans to attend a sunday holiday concert at a church uptown. she answers in that singsongy way, "you are calling very late!" and it was like 8 o'clock. she was out drinking with some swedish photographer so she ditched him & then proceeds to get drunk in my company - she was feeling down because it was st. lucia day and she wasn't home. so it hits that point where's it's like as a guy you know you've got to take her back to your apt to take care of her in case she passes out and at the same time knowing nothing is going to happen. back at my apt building, in the hall, i'm talking to her and my neighbor comes down, sees me embracing this hot swedish girl, shakes his head smiling and says, "happy chanukah." the next morning she wakes me up at 6 AM with, "We get up now!" i didn't even tell you about her drunken foray through Key Food ("no i want chicken! no not that chicken! no don't make it with cheese! let's go down this aisle instead!") w/me in tow."
hahaha!!! Oh those memories...!
Much Love To You!! I Miss Our Times.

Diary 1
10 Things You Did Not Know About Me:
1 After my second year in College I was voted Student of the Year by the teachers of the school and ended up on the President's list being the one with the highest grade point average.
2 In High School I had the highest grade in Chemistry and Math...!!! ohlala.
3 Some jobs I've had: Cleaning trains and hotels, Receptionist at a driving school, delivered newspapers, worked in a hamburger restaurant and in a candy store.
4 I've been in love with: Anders, Lasse (first kiss), 3 Peter's, Joachim (first something else), Raphael, Malcolm, Ian and most recently I have a crush (can't name a name in case someone get who it is..). Joachim and Malcolm being the ones most important.
5 When I was younger I thought that if you loved someone and the love was "true", you would get the one and only eventually. It actually Always worked out that way for me until one day I got crushed and lost faith.
6 I have been an Au Pair in upstate New York and there I managed to have 4 families over 5 weeks. hahaha!!! young and restless. I ended up in Detroit where I had one family for 2 months, WoW don't you think?!
7 I danced for around 10 years and I did compete in a dance competition in Los Angeles in the genre, Hip Hop. Can you imagine??? I certainly can not. Who was that person??
8 If I had been born a boy, my name would have been Peter. Actually that was my first line to one of the Peter's above...! And I used to think I would get married to a Peter just because of this.
9 I have 2 mothers (not lesbians...but if that would have been the case it would have been fine)
10 I wanted to BE Lena Philipsson when I was younger and I am still Very Much Adoring her. I Still wish I did look like her when she was competing with Om Igen ( a fave song of mine as well) at the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest finals. Fave color: Lilac. See below:

To Shop Now: Lanvin's Porcelain Dolls
You probably know by now that Alber Elbaz ( of Lanvin)created six Miss Lanvin porcelain hand painted dolls with ceramics company Franz. The series of dolls from Lanvin feature seven silhouettes from the S/S 08 collection as well as the bridal capsule collection. Each of these cute little dolls are produced in a limited series of 800, numbered and signed.
Miniature Dolls by Lanvin will be available at Browns Fashion. The price tag of these cute dolls is not so cute.....though a wonderful buy to someone crazed by fashion and adorably cute designer Alber.
I know I want one!
