Craig Lawrence S/S 2010 Collection
I came across this young designer at the Somerset's House where a lot of designers had presentation's of their Spring 2010 collections.
I have honestly Never seen anything like this before. What a Talented Creative being Mr. Lawrence is.
It made me think of something Swedish called Polkagris (made in Granna/ Sweden) but I think it's just b/c of the colors of red and white used.
The dress at the top here....LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I Wish I had a better picture for you.
I guess now it's just to wait for what the future brings!! I can't wait.
Yours
Alice

REEM S/S 2010 Collection
This designer has been around for quite some time now but I think she has not gotten the credit she deserves. I Love how she uses knits with lace and various adornments. Always she mixes fabrics, lace and tylle to Amazement.
Her necklaces are to DIE for.

Garance Dore for The Gap 1969
Darling Garance Dore has collaborated with The Gap creating some illustrations for them.
Miss Garance has long had her blog, Garance Dore, and has recently too been hired by French Vogue to "up" their website presence.
So me and my friend Lowe (photographer Lowe Seger) went to this little event to celebrate Garance's and The Gap's collaboration, and had loads of champagne...!!!
Loved the layout on the walls with Garance's street style photos together with her illustrations, inspiration images and texts.
Yes, the boyfriend was there to support, Mr. Sartorialist Scott Schuman and yes he looked impeccable.
