TO NOURISH THE MOMENT

happy april lovely friends🌸🌸🌸

were you tricked yesterday?
i did do one trick which was so much fun:)
a couple of years ago though i created a terrible one that just came to me in a split moment of crazyness...while in a shop i decided to scare the owner a stranger of this place...only god knows how it entered my head😂will not elaborate since i don't want you to think i am a bad person!!!

nourish the moment
to nourish my moments
this is a mantra of mine to remind myself of creating the best decision in each moment.
to enrich the present, to mindfully go from task to task.
to seize this very minute🌸
to always look for beauty and kindness.

it's been a week of starting going to my local gym,
mainly because i wanna get stronger for my ballet classes.
 it's so much fun.
i did the boot camp the other day.
such encouraging people around me there.

i finished sense & sensibility with jane austen and
i am completely madly in love with this author.
such beautiful language.
finally one i adore whom has wonderful endings
(in comparison to tolstoy's books that i read last year...).
today i started wuthering heights by emily brontë💜
to save the rest of jane austen for a later delight!
with hopes i fall in love with mademoiselle bronte of course:)
to feel this abundance of beauty is such a wonderful treat.

a journey i am finally taking on is:
not sure if you know this but i have been a vegetarian/ vegan for a very long time (not gonna bore you with the whole story), but have been wanting to be fully vegan for a long time... so enter a mentor program called new leaf:))) i was assigned or rather i chose her and she said yes💜😊a very dear beautiful jennifer n.v. gassenheimer has given me such many ideas/ recipes/blogs / thoughts etc etc:))) i can finally feel i can do this 100%! you see i have candy sweetness day's twice a month, and those days have not been vegan since they include cheese, ice cream and chocolate, how can one be without those things for the rest of ones life? now i have been trying various wonderful substitutes for a while that are even better tasting:))) yeeey!!!
so  from now on i am to be fully vegan.
no more suffering of animals because of me.

in 2014
when i started taking self-portraits it was a means to create anything at all. i was really unwell and could not be reliable to create with a team. so those day's when i felt like i could function, i sought beauty as much as i could, then to tell create a story. personal stories of mine.

this one was my second self-portrait after my the cherry blossom girl series.

dear god in the heavens; have mercy upon my soul - the angel cried
i embodied her with all my heart

this location is the opening of dulwich woods,
where i used to go for my daily morning walks

here is a series i created in richmond, spring of 2018 after someone very dear to me
had left for another dimension of life
i am going through all my images in lightroom to see how i can play with them at the moment

in the midst of playing!!!
let's see what i can do with this with addition to some other elements🌸

april💜
 my little 2019 calendar:)

swans in kensington gardens

this location is part of my cherry blossom girl series
i wanted to live here
is it not beautiful:)???
 it's in dulwich village🌸

yesterday i finally baked again
it's been around 3-4 years since i baked this bread
it is a delicious vegan gluten-free bread

i am to tweak it so will not give the recipe today, but will do so in a couple of weeks:)))

when i am ready i am to create a little thing i have named:
the sweetness goodness of violette💜
it will be a book filled with deliciousness:)

i'll leave you with this:

seize this very minute
what you can do, or dream
you can, begin it;
boldness has genius, power
and magic in it

see you next week:)))
with love
