HELLO 2020 🌸🌸🌸🙏🙏🙏

(update 2nd feb 2020...i am trying to figure out how to create my blogposts from now on. i am not sure of  its format for 2020! in the meantime there is my instagram stories where i post daily from my normal daily life and there is my facebook page😊🌸)

how are you doing? how does it feel to have entered a new decade?

 is this not magically exciting?!!!😊

it feels like the awareness is arising day by day, so fast. just the awareness of we us being all one. we are all mini universes living in "the universe". and/ so meaning what i do to you i do to me and vice versa. do no harm. stay kind. to come from a place of love instead of fear. 

2019 was a major year for me (in comparison to myself from former years that is), i did so much better health wise. i went on a trip to france:))) after decades of being addicted to pepsi max, i ditched that and april 1st i became 100% vegan (with a couple of days in france where some chocolate happened). and the bravest thing i did was to finally go home to my little home town in sweden, uddevalla. it was sooo healing for me. i feel much more connected now with me, that is funny since i am with me all the time, that close ones can make you feel whole and like oneself, oh hallelujah such joy.

was your 2019 good and better when you compare it to your own previous years?

2020

my first big goal is to accomplish a short film late spring or summer, 

which in the planning stages i call

 "le spectre de la rose" 

(the spirit of a rose)

it will include me dancing a little ballet scene

the planning and thinking of this has been going on for 2-3 years,

here is a little post about a possible location i had in mind then

a lot of my still life works has been influenced these 2 past months by this project

then i have a few other things:)

i am in the process of journaling my intentions for this new year so will elaborate in the coming blogpost in february😊

so here are few experiments

we'll see if the actual stills will work with the short film

talking about haiku poetry🌸

(actually the beatuy of onbeing with krista tippet

 is my fave podcast)

this together with the magic of walt whitman's way of life,

 way of creating poetic art

mary oliver of course comes to mind!!!

my mantra fits in too:)))

"nourish the moment" 

which not only rules my life but

 too runs through most of my works, since 2014

so there has been a month and more since i wrote here last. the time has gone so fast! i have been focusing on improving my daily habits, daily practices of how i want my future life to be and i am to be behave in that new spectrum. 

i am still in the process of re-membering 

and the daily practice of re-minding myself 

about exactly that:))

i did buy "a yogic path" 

by sahara rose and 

the first card i picked out of the whole deck 

was about me to focus on my dharma, 

my question was: what am i to focus on from now on? 

and i picked the card of dharana💓

i have since worked with this deck a couple of more times and it is almost how scary how it directs together with my question and intuition. this is my first time ever exploring the magic of oracle cards, or maybe it's just the magic of sahara rose that i am ones again am experiencing (i own all her books which mainly is about ayurveda and how to live in accordance to this ancient wisdom/ medicine/ self care practices etc in today's truth).

each time i am so happy about the result and

my birthday is coming up:) november 12th

and since my dear friend sarah has gone to experience the magic of madeira 

she gifted me with loads of pink perfection roses

about a week ago already

 which i have played around with:)))

i too mixed the roses with a bunch of flowers 

that i had previously dried and 

created a few double exposures

the swedish chuch in london and its magazine just came out, 

i am waiting dearly to hold the issue in my hands:) 

but it can now be viewed online!

i will share my poem with you in my next blogpost december 3rd! 

 then i can show you the magazine itself!

there is such excitement to better myself at all my crafts

a blooming summer day dream

that is how the summer felt like

a dream to make way for new beginnings

🌸🌸🌸

is that not equally beautiful?

i mean all those hopes and wishes to transform 

and

to embody being THAT girl/  woman!

such excitements that thought gives me😊

a blooming summer day

i created a self portrait in this wild flower garden when i lived in east dulwich, these wildflowers were planted in the park of dulwich village. i have sooo manipulated to make my point. but the magic of the flowers are a truth on its own😊

this period of now is of especially sadness, 3 years ago now i lived with panic. i thought i would never have a home of my own. i had no stability. i saw no future no safety.  this panic inside me was every day for more than 2 months and when i finally got what i wanted i still lived with panic ofr more about 2 years.  today, 3 years later, is like another world, one i am still healing in and starting to feel somewhat safe. that safety has gifted me with being able to move on a tiny bit. my talents of course never left me and my imagination helped through it all ( by pretending) but the hurt is there...to jump to conclusions of  others not wanting well for me...i don't wanna dwell on this so that will have to be it. 

i still feel ashamed about what happened and can't speak freely about it,

maybe because i am not healed yet. i can't say that i am in a good place.

when i can, i am sure i can be of help for others:))

fall is really happening and this comfy thing is what i wore today

a vintage butterfly dress bought from beyond retro

a jumper from an hm collection a few years back

 (my goal is to not buy fast fashion at all anymore,

 but still i will use what i already own...)

i am sure you do know i have been a 100% vegan since april 1st, plus being gluten free since 2015 (it completely healed me from 7 day pains each month... and i credit the book grain brain this transformation, THANKS, even though i do NOT subscribe to all of the advice here since i am a vegan).

i do have a couple of sweetness goodness days a month

which sort of will be part of my title 

for a vegan gluten free goodies sweet thingies book

today i created my almond cake and it is delicious

especially with swedish glace soy ice cream 

and

meridian crunchy peanutbutter

i am soon to share this recipe:)))

 if you have not read the book

 please do it is so wonderfully perfect

 in the language and description of human beings!!!

LE SPECTRE DE LA ROSE

the spirit of a rose

is a new project of mine 🌸

(the inspiration for it is old though, i found a ballet a poem and the place 

some years ago that birthed the idea for this project)

it is timely since i have a lot of roses around in my life at the moment. 

in nature it's all around gifting my eyes with its beauty. 

then there are a couple of wonderful human rose beings

jason rose whom is teaching me to play the piano😊

and

 yesterday i did my first day voluntering for loughton's council taking ladies in their later years to go shopping, here i met this lovely lady liliane rose all of 92 years old whom has lived in loughton and the same house for about 70 years, is that not impressive? oh my word did i fall in love with her. so gentle so quirky such an inspiration for holding up grace.
