My Quirky Yummy Ballerina Art Tuesdays:)

i fell in love with a young man today & he has no idea. i noticed him while waiting for the train at denmark hill to take me to victoria station, he looked impeccable. the suit and jacket with shoes was designer top to toe, or maybe not, since he would be one of those that no matter what he wore it would look designer. the round harry potter glasses:) the quietness and calmness of him. then the train came and i sat down to rest to some music. 8 minutes later waiting for the sliding doors to open at victoria he stood next to me and i thought to myself...this young man will do great in life. then busy off to the tube/ subway and i happen to walk behind him when suddenly down the stairs he apporached a lady with a baby in a carriage, he offered to carry up the carriage. if you are a londoner you know that victoria station does not have a single elevator. i was in love. he made my day happiness. the only thing i regret is that i did not stay to say thanks...thanks for his existence!

but this was not what my post was to be about:)))

i adore my tuesdays. not only do i have ballet & art class, it is too my yummy day full of peanut butter & chocolate:))) and some magazines to devour!!! i created a little film for you. enjoy it!

again, join an art class. it is such happiness for ones soul.
still life art class

as a child & teen i danced for about 30 hours/ week. i am finding my way back surely yet slowly!

A Vegan Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe For 1 Person

hey:)

my friday's now are amazing. my art class with a joanna. my ballerina class with a leslie. coming home to create a brunch/ lunch thingy is adventure to me:))) it's all creation/ creating and expressing. to be. to breath. to speak. to devour. to devour these people. to devour food. to have fun. maybe creating a life worth living. one day at a time. dreaming. dreaming of what is to come. while devoruing each moment. gratefullness. to be able to feel.

YES

created this vegan gluten-free banana bread the other day
Vegan Gluten-Free

Banana Bread

Banana Bread Gluten Free

Vegan Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Vegan Gluten-Free Banana Bread

banana bread
really loved it with mature cheddar cheese and almond milk:)

a tiny recipe
for
 a
glutenfree vegan
banana cake
one person

1 ripe banana
(this one was found i LOVE help yourself)
a chia/ flax seed "egg"
(one spoon flaxseed, a tea spoon of chia's with double amount of water to sit for about 10 minutes)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 packets of stevia
1-2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dl almond milk (i used unsweeteend)
a handful of almonds to mix to crunchy flour
1dl glutenfree mix of flour (any kind you wish, i used oat flour)
1 dl rolled oats

heated my oven to 180 degrees. mashed my ripe (frozen put in the microwave) banana and added the soaked chia/flax "egg", coconut oil, vanilla, stevia, baking powder and cinnamon. mixed this. added almond milk and mixed. then added my almond "crunchy flour", glutenfree whatever flour plus my oats. mix mix mix.

it should look like the top image:)

then put in the oven for about  45 minutes. check that it is ready with a fork. it should be a tiny gooey when coming up. not too dry. and definately Not wet. if still too wet. let sit for another 5-10 minutes.

let cool for about 1 hour or so before slicing.

i added cheese to mine. it was delish. you do what you want. maybe some magic peanutbutter instead? or both? or add eggs:)?

love

Diary 271: An Antique Greenhouse Fashion Weekend & A Monday Outfit

hey:)

happy monday to you all!!!

i had a cuteness wonder weekend! how was yours?

mine started with an art class, mainly creating a collage. i did not finish mine since it took almost the whole 2 hours we had to just choose what to put on my collage. i decided on a faerie tales of violette theme so painted a whole sheet of paper this color with oil pastels (purple and lots lots of white). i am to finish it off this week while devouring franklins one of these afternoons.

so the start of my weekend

both saturday & sunday i have been going through all my books and sorting them by themes. found such a dear audrey hepburn book (awful cover but such inspirations inside...) and a book about diana's wedding to prince charles

new inspiration for a character this is:)))
audrey in the nun!

the below images are from the royal wedding book
in the wedding book this wonderful painting was featured by philippe mercier called the music room.

princess alexandra of denmark getting married.
such beauty!
so my saturday morning was doing the above. afterwards i needed to stretch my legs and in the early hours i had noticed that they were setting things up in peckham rye park so thought i should go and discover what:)! a little tiny cute antiques/ crafts/ food market was happening!

fell in love with spy ware vintage

this violette doll was found at another stall

from the lovely lady whom owns spy ware vintage i found out about a sunday market at herne hill which is a 30 min. walk from my house as it happens. so decided that herne hill was to be my sunday:)

this place! such wonders:) the flower lady it's called. it's right in the middle of herne hills sunday market.

at this market you can find anything from vinyls, crabs, cakes, local brewed beer, cheeses, sausages, vintage clothing etc etc etc.

loved the cakes at cakehole

the man at the fish stall was just wonderfully hilarious.

the park of brockwell is right next to the market. such a place to wonder about taking pictures. here is a tiny wild flower garden.

the walled garden

the community greenhouse garden

so my weekend was basically art inspirations, flowers & parks together with vintage/ antiques. things i adore love! things to capture in order to never forget my moments.

today i have been location scouting, for once i dressed up for it! it's too been photoshop learning and a hilarious morning walk with alex & sigge plus filip & fredrik.

a school girl outfit

 vintage school girl dress
grandma's gold heart which is a gift from my aunt
office flats

the locations scouting girl

added vintage screaming mimis sunnies & 2 hoodies from primark.

see the cat?:)))) ALWAYS EVERYWHERE in the gardens!

with love
