While creating my morning walk this morning I was listening to Sommar Prat i P1 ( a Swedish radio channel which every summer has a talk show with wonderful guests hosting it talking about their lives), today Inga Landgre hosted it and she was so Wonderful. A Brilliant Tuesday

I found my Sunshine girl:) so happy. Could not forget about her since I saw her this past Saturday...!!! Will introduce her tomorrow.

Breakfast today was vegan banana bread that I baked myself yesterday, and this is big news since it was my first time EVER having baked on my own:) and my creation was DELICIOUS! While eating I found this beauty in my garden, the spider net, see? Then off it was for my sunshine girl in East London. Found her and went to The Vintage Emporium ( a cafe & vintage shop) before finishing off the day at The Breakfast Club reading Little Thing & Self Service. Back in East Dulwich now.

5 Breakfasts & 3 Collages

as you may know, for october i am creating a new breakfast (or buying) every day:) trying for healthy ones. 

top to bottom:

oatmeal with figs, bananas & tahini with some blueberries

whole wheat breat with avocado & basil with coffee

blueberries & raspberries with a kiwi & an egg

oatmeal with sugar (stevia) & cinnamon with coffee

saturday was only a soy latte haha but at the wonderful place, the albion

and then of course my all year project (from valentines day to the next one 2014) is to create a collage a day, either on my iPad or by cutting & pasting ( i have created 2 full books with such inspirations already). here are some created on my iPad this past week:

A Pastelly Lovely 1st of October

i started my 2 new projects today! a new breakfast every day & exploring/ learning new techniques with my digital camera. i've been extraordinarily tired today but still did my morning walk, did my cinnamon, oatmeal, fig & tahini breakfast...managed to go to town for some whole foods (macaroons) plus going through some inspirational tears. and then some other less pleasant things as we all have to.
