MANDO DIAO!!!

I am doing research for mine and Patrik Sehlstedt's (at www.adamsky.se) shoot with the swedish band Mando Diao for V Magazine. And I must have been CRAZY, who ofcourse clueless AS USUAL, had no idea who they were. WELL i have just discoverd that they are FUCKING GREAT. PLUS they are ALL CUTE AND they are ruling the world their own way. A way I much very like.

As Gustaf Norén says at My Space (at their site there):

"It was very important to become a clan, a unit, something more than just friend playing music. Corleone-style. We didn't care much about getting signed by big labels. We knew that that day was gonna come. "

"We didn't care who or what we signed with, we just knew that nothing could stop us."

I can very much relate. I am doing my career my way. I just want to do amazing PICUTURES. That Moves!!! ANYWHERE. it does not matter for whom or what. I just want to create. AND nothing can stop me and my teams.

They are signed though today. With EMI!!! one of the biggest.

I think that one of the pictures here are a few years ago (they look SO young there).
