Here is some of the last show Mr. Saint Laurent created (Haute Couture Spring 2002), one that was an homage to all of his career. With Le Smoking,Pop art, Draping, Safari, Animal Prints, Forties revival, Spanish influences, sheerness, Feathers, The Pantsuit Picasso and the LBD plus so much more. Not to forget his amazing bridal designs.
At the end of the show he took his bow with muses Catherine Deneuve and Laeticia Casta.
"Fashion dies, but style remains," as Saint Laurent once observed.
His funeral is scheduled for today.
