Bonjour Sagan by Diane Kurys

I saw this beautiful movie, "Sagan" yesterday afternoon. And I felt so in touch with Miss Francoise Sagan, such a sad spirit but at the same time wanting so much out of life. The two I find, often come combined.

We follow Miss Sagan from the day she gets her first book published, Bonjour Tristesse. When she's thrown into celebrity ,a life of excess and freedom that comes with money.

Her relationships, lovers, her son together with the publishers are the ones we follow from her/them being young to old age. How one discover what life is really about. How one just want to have fun, only to discover that all is just Tristesse.

Amazing performance by Sylive Testud who played Francois Sagan but too, great work of the whole rest of the cast.
