as i've mentioned before, i started to bake! baking & cooking is also being creative. it's my 365 day project to create something every day, it can be to draw, take a pretty photo, make a collage or to bake:) i mainly concentrate on vegan & gluten free recipes. 

baked gingerbread oatmeal

wanna try it? if so:

recipe

2 dl gluten free oats

1 1/2 dl unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon vanilla extract (the thicker kind)! or stevia vanilla

dash of or more of: cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg. 

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 ripe medium sized bananas

for the cross (or if you wanna create a heart,  your initials or whatever you feel like creating):

ca 2 tablespoons of brown rice flour that you mix with water so it becomes pasty

preheat oven to 160-170 degrees.

 soak the oats, chiaseeds in the almond milk for ca 15 minutes.

mix in all the ingredients with the mashed bananas. mix well!

put the mix into a bowl  and in the oven. bake for 25-30 minutes (or until its slightly brown on the surface, then take out and create your cross or whatever you wanna decorate it with and put it back for ca 10 minutes.

this is quite a big breakfast, so i tend to have it for lunch with a boiled egg (organic)!

a little memory

the magazines you see in the image i was working on when i lived in ny:) i actually assisted on both cover shoots:) angela lindvall in prada & natalia vodianova in dior. i was an intern while working on those and so young & naive. like i was a different person. den andra sidan. feels like that was in another world. i adored natalia vodianova, i remember printing out loads of beautiful pictures of her, which i hung up around my little desk and called her the model of the year. so when i found out i was to assist on a shoot at her house, i was ecstatic. maria carla boscono was there as well as frankie ryder with some handsome boys natalia's husband had invited. we pretended it was a party. i guess it was a party:) i had so much fun & boscono is pure energy.
