I'm really interested to see the exhibition, and I do think she is beautiful. However I find it difficult to separate this from her racist and extreme right wing views, in order to view her style and aesthetics objectively.

Do you think it's possible to divorce the two, and appreciate someone's beauty, even if you don't necessarily think they are beautiful on the inside?

actually, i was Not aware of those extreme opinions of hers...!!!

I can distinct the two but the opinions make her ugly!!! and my Feeling for her would be negative. i need to research this first, before i have to strong of an opinion.

Thank you for bringing it up.

Alice - I totally agree it's worth researching, and forming your own opinion on. I have read several articles recently on Bardot, and they really seem to brush her more recent comments under the carpet, instead of discussing them and allowing people to see the full picture and make up their own minds on her.

i've read a few more articles now on Madame Bardot....and her choice of life/ opinions are in fact rather disturbing...I Want the Dream of Brigitte Bardot I am assuming so I am Very disappointed to say the least.
